This rebrand isn’t about changing who we are, but about recognising who we’ve become. The people, values and commitment remain the same as those that have shaped the agency to where we are today - a place we are very proud to be and excited to continue to build from.

We are passionate about helping organisations prepare young people for successful futures. We work closely with Trusts, local authorities and partner organisations to develop engaging Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) resources that inspire students and support meaningful career pathways. 

For today's Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), success depends not only on educational outcomes but also on how clearly their vision, values and priorities are communicated to staff, pupils, parents, governors and wider stakeholders.
