How we've helped
Transforming internal stakeholder perception
Assembly Advisory was approached by a leading Multi Academy Trust to overcome fragmented communications and weak internal brand advocacy. Through a series of workshops, focus groups and audience research we crafted an authentic story, bespoke engagement strategy and implemented targeted media campaigns. In just 6 months, the number of internal stakeholders positively associating themselves with the Trust increased by over 78%.
Challenging thinking, creating opportunities
Assembly Advisory supported an organisation entering a significant period of change and potential volatility, where there was a lack of clarity around the appropriate direction. Working closely alongside the board, we became a trusted strategic challenger, helping to assess the current position of the organisation, positively question the existing thinking and explored different future scenarios. As a result, the leaders were given clarity on strategic choices and a clear pathway for agreed evolution.
Instilling a sense of belonging
Two merging organisations engaged Assembly Advisory to help overcome mixed perception, improve inconsistent stakeholder engagement and provide external leadership throughout the merger process. Becoming part of the Shadow Board, we undertook a series of consultation events, 1-to-1 leader discussions and stakeholder insight sessions. Development of a robust strategy, bespoke action plan and ongoing leadership role resulted in a successful merger and positive engagement of key audiences throughout the process.
New leadership, bold vision, coherent message
A £50m not-for-profit organisation approached Assembly Advisory to work closely with the new CEO in developing a bold and inspirational vision for the future. We immersed ourselves across the organisation, gathered deep stakeholder voice, undertook detailed competitor research and intensively supported the CEO in crafting a vision and message that was both authentic and aspirational. Within the space of 3 months there was a significant shift in perception across internal and external stakeholders, confidence established in the new leadership and an organisation prepared for the future.
